Title: Korean Street Toast

Total time: around 10 minutes

Description: South Korean street toasts include fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, melted cheese in beteen two slices of buttery toast drizzled with a sweet honey and spicy-mayo sauce. There can be multiple variations with different fillings including avacados, teriyaki bbq, and garlic toast.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

2 slices of brioche bread, 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of ham or bacon, 2 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp mayonaise, sweet condensed milk, parsley, sriracha, 1 tbsp honey, garlic

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a large pan and toast one side of the bread until it turns golden brown.

2. Whisk two eggs and quickly scramble for 5-10 seconds. Remove immedietly and let it cool

3. Stir together the sriracha and mayonaise. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonaise and honey.

3. Spread sriracha + mayonaise sauce on the inside of the toast

4. Add the eggs, ham, and cheese on top

5. Drizzle the honey + mayo sauce and sprinkle parsley over the top.

*Sandwich is best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days

2. When opening Korean Bapsang, I noticed how there was a big tab for starting chefs that are new to Korean cooking. After clicking on the menu bar, there was a variety of popular menus with easy to follow recipes.

3. Eating Well seems to really understand their target audience and promotes recipes for different types of diets. There's also dietician advices next to these recipes that they label as "healthy".
