- Melt butter in a large pan and toast one side of the bread until it turns golden brown.
- Fry one soft boiled egg and remove immediately to let them cool.
- Stir together the sriracha and mayonnaise. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and honey.
- Spread sriracha + mayonnaise sauce on the inside of the toast.
- Add the eggs, ham, and cheese on top.
- Drizzle the honey + mayo sauce and sprinkle parsley over the top. Enjjoy!!
